The problem we are speaking of is opiod addiction. Being an athlete, it is understood that sometimes there are injuries. Some more serious than others. And within this problem is the understanding that medication is necessary to deal with the pain, but it is also highly addictive.
"Right now, I am just building awareness about the snowskate and its capabilities. By splitting the seasons between longboarding and snowskating, I continuously can work on my form to get more speed. "When you are sleeping at a place that is 9,000 feet above sea level and you are hiking 14ers in Colorado, you realize even more the value of healthy living, because the better that you feel, the better your days will be on the mountain. This manifests itself in preparation that we make in the off season, because we know how our actions now can either help our hurt our early snow season."

After breaking his back at Vail's Pass over 4 years ago, Trevor decided he was going to continue to enjoy life and keep ripping it. With the help of many organizations within the ski and snow community, Trevor is able to ride and train during the winter season.
